These terms govern your use of the Newton STEM Academy website and the tuition services we provide. By submitting an enquiry or booking a Discovery Session, you agree to these terms.
Newton STEM Academy provides online one-to-one and small group tuition across seven STEM subjects for GCSE, A Level, CAIE International, Key Stage 3, 11+ and Homeschool students. Programme details, schedules and pricing are confirmed in writing before enrolment.
Submitting a Discovery Session form does not create a binding contract. A place on any programme is confirmed only once agreed in writing between the academy and the parent or guardian.
Lessons may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice, as set out in your programme agreement. Repeated late cancellations may be chargeable.
Students and families are expected to engage respectfully with teachers and staff. We reserve the right to withdraw services where conduct undermines a safe learning environment.
While we are committed to high-quality teaching, we cannot guarantee specific examination results. Our liability is limited as set out in your programme agreement and by law.
