1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Newton STEM Academy website and the teaching services we provide. By submitting an enquiry or booking a Discovery Session, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

• Tuition → Teaching
• Seven STEM subjects → Seven specialist subjects
• CAIE ko qualification list se remove karke exam board ke taur par mention kiya gaya hai

3. Enquiries and booking

Submitting a Discovery Session form does not create a binding contract. A place on any programme is confirmed only once agreed in writing between the academy and the parent or guardian.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Lessons may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice, as set out in your programme agreement. Repeated late cancellations may be chargeable.

5. Conduct

Students and families are expected to engage respectfully with teachers and staff. We reserve the right to withdraw services where conduct undermines a safe learning environment.

6. Liability

While we are committed to high-quality teaching, we cannot guarantee specific examination results. Our liability is limited as set out in your programme agreement and by law.
